New Headquarters for Orlando Regional Realtor Association Breaks Ground

Members of the S+C team got to see ORRA’s vision take one more step toward becoming reality. Members of the community, local government, including the Orlando Economic Partnership, ORRA leadership, as well as representatives of the design-build team made up of Precision Building Construction and Scott + Cormia were in attendance to officially break ground on ORRA’s new home.

ORRA CEO Cliff long led the ceremony that took place on April 28th. It is expected that the project will be finished in late 2022.

S+C Partner Matt Cormia noted, “Being teamed with PBC and the talent and personalities that we were able to collaborate with on the design for this building, is part of what made this such a fun project, as an architect. I’m particularly proud of this design and feel it was a good match of exploration of shape, materiality, patterning and also being cost effective, while also being really nice.”
