The 2020 NAIOP-UCF Case Competition Has Begun!

Principal, Matt Cormia, and Business Development Manager, Erin, are ecstatic to be participating in the NAIOP-UCF Case Competition again!

How does this competition work? Each student team is assigned a group of mentors consisting of a Civil Engineer, Architect, Developer, Broker and Commercial Real Estate Lender. Students are then tasked with redeveloping a piece of land to maximize its returns and future successes.

This year, we will be helping students redevelop the Fashion Square Mall in Orlando. We can’t wait to see what our collaborative efforts produce for the final presentations on April 22nd!
